“The most difficult is a first step” - I think we all know this saying. However, when we are surrounded by supportive people, changes are definitely easier, even despite unfavorable conditions. And it is precisely such support in starting a professional career and finding your passion that the University of Success educational program provides. It focuses mostly on people leaving orphanages, care and educational institutions and people in a difficult financial or personal situation, providing participants with numerous substantive workshops, consultations with career advisors and mentors’ support.

Recently, I had the great pleasure to make my contribution to this program and tell the participants of the Krakow edition about the work of a programmer, debunk some of the myths that the IT industry has grown up with, and answer participants’ questions.
